Solid spot. Action is one of those places where you walk in for one thing and end up with ten — and somehow still pay less than you would elsewhere. I’ve been to this shop many times, and always found what I needed, from cleaning supplies to household bits, all for a fraction of the price you'd pay in bigger stores. You're not getting endless options, but what’s there is decent, practical, and always cheaper than you'd expect. For anyone who isn’t trying to impress the neighbours by overpaying for toothpaste, this place is perfect. Worth checking regularly — you never know what useful surprise you'll find.

The woman behind the counter didn't even bother to come to the customer service desk. She mumbled unintelligibly behind her counter what the date of purchase was (within the term) and then said that returns were no longer possible. Lacks considerable customer friendliness
